NOT every state has lotteries! I am in a state that they do NOT do lotteries. You simply have to apply for a mobile section 8 voucher. There are priorities but it is NOT a lottery. You therefore should simply be asking who is taking applications for section 8 vouchers.

Not everyone has a lottery. In some counties/states, you just have to apply to the waiting list and wait until your name reaches the top of the list.
